Rajasthan HC further suspends court working till July 15 to test all those who may have come in contact with COVID-19 positive staffer
A meeting of the High Court to discuss the Court’s functioning during the pandemic has also been postponed because of this development. The functioning of the Rajasthan High Court will remain suspended until July 15 while the testing of persons who have come in contact with a staff who was found positive for COVID-19 continues. The High Court had recently issued a notification announcing the suspension of court and office work after an employee of the Principal Bench of the High Court had tested positive for COVID-19.
Kentucky Pennsylvania set to conduct remote bar exam due to Covid-19
On 9th July 2020(Thursday), The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ordered the cancellation of the state’s in-person bar exam, citing the intensifying COVID-19 pandemic. The upcoming exam was set to take place on July 28-29. The cancellation announced on Thursday also applies to the State’s September bar. The Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners informed test takers on Wednesday that it has switched to an online exam given Oct. 5 to 7.
