Bombay HC junks pleas against burial in cemeteries on fear of Covid-19

The Bombay HC passed the ruling on noting that there was no scientific evidence at present to show that Covid-19 may spread to living human beings from the cadaver of any suspected/confirmed Covid-19 infected individual. PIL in SC for relief to those who died walking on roads amid Lockdown

Advocate Deepak kansal has moved a public interest litigation (PIL) before the SC seeking compensation for the families of persons, including migrant workers, who have died or who were injured while walking on roads in an attempt to reach their home states amid the Covid-19 lockdown.
