Not a case of single mistake; Madhya Pradesh HC issues contempt notice to collector for willfully disobeying its order on multiple occasions

The Madhya Pradesh High Court as of late started scorn procedures against the District Collector posted at Anuppur, for defying a High Court request on different events.

By the by, the court noted, Thakur endeavored to defeat the legal request on four events: 
Initially, on September 9, 2019, he gave a note sheet expressing that the said present had been given on one DS Rawat and exhorted the Petitioner to participate in the locale according to government request. 
Second, on December 6, 2019, another exchange request was passed against the Petitioner, guiding the Petitioner to assume responsibility for the workplace in Barwani District. The equivalent came to be remained by the Court on December 16, 2019 and the Petitioner assumed responsibility for the workplace in Anuppur on December 20, 2019. 
Third, to keep the Petitioner from sitting in the workplace, SDO, who works under Thakur, fixed the workplace of Assistant Commissioner Tribal Welfare, Anuppur on December 22, 2019. 
In conclusion, regardless of Divisional Commissioner’s course to agree to the High Court request dated August 30, 2019, Thakur permitted one Vivek Pandey to join as incharge Assistant Commissioner Tribal Welfare, Anuppur. 
Despite the fact that Thakur informed the Bench that the denounced note sheet had been pulled back, the Court was slanted to start hatred procedures. 
“It’s anything but a situation where Collector has submitted a solitary slip-up and from that point he has yielded by pulling back its note sheet dated 05/09/2019. In the wake of composing of note sheet dated 05/09/2019, under the bearings of Collector, S.D.O. has fixed the workplace of Assistant Commissioner Tribal Welfare, Anuppur on 22/12/2019 and he was not permitted to fill in as Assistant Commissioner Tribal Welfare. The activity of respondent No.1 was disdainful in nature. He straightforwardly, deliberately and tenaciously resisted the request passed by this Court on 30/08/2019,” the seat watched. 
The court subsequently gave show prompt notification to Thakur, inquiring as to why discipline may not be forced upon him for stiff-necked defiance of a legal request. 
“This Court finds that respondent No.1 specifically Chandra Mohan Thakur, Collector Anuppur has submitted disdain of this Court by submitting resolved break of request dated 30/08/2019.” 
Taking into account aforementioned finding showed up at by this Court, Registry is coordinated to give notice to Chandra Mohan Thakur, Collector Anuppur to show up under the watchful eye of this Court on hearing on the subject of discipline to be forced upon him for submitting the scorn of this Court,” the request states.
