The Supreme Court on Friday requested that the Central government record its answer, regardless of whether it is achievable to give settlement to the Healthcare laborers managing the Covid-19 cases close to medical clinics as they are confronting issues returning to their homes. Babri Masjid Case To Continue via video conferencing

The special CBI court on Friday decided to continue further with the trial proceedings in the case of the 1992 Babri Masjid demolition case through the help of video-conferencing. The Supreme Court on the 8th may had directed the special court to conclude the trial proceedings latest by 31st August. Earlier, the trial had to be completed by 20th April, but it could not be done due to closure of the courts because of the wake of this novel Covid-19 induced lockdown. Earlier the Supreme Court fixed the final hearing date in the case as 31st August on which the judgment will be delivered.
