Raj HC stays FIR against BJP’s national president Jagat Prakash Nadda.

The Rajasthan High Court ordered the concerned police station to bring a stay on any action in pursuance to an fir filed against Shri JP Nadda. The FIR was filed by a Hanumangarh Congress worker, Manoj Kumar Saini, in relation to a tweet by BJP’s IT dept. in-charge Amit Malviya.

Amit Malviya had tweeted ,“ Sonia Gandhi claims Bhilwara tested 22 lakh people due to Rahul’s warning! Wherever there is Rahul ,can exaggeration and maths blunder be behind?” Mr. Saini had taken offence to this tweet and resultantly filed an FIR    against party president JP Nadda alleging criminal defamation.

Shri Nadda then filed a criminal miscellaneous petition in the Raj HC to bring a saty n the said FIR. Shri Nadda’s counsel explained the court that the twee had been made from private account of Mr. Malviya and Shri Nadda had no role to play.

Bhati J. agreed with Nadda’s counsel and ordered a stay on the FIR. The judge then ordered the opposing party to file a reply.
