The petitioners even complained that the steps taken were not implemented properly on time that is why they  were ineffective.  The NGO urged the top court  to direct the government to make public the telephone numbers of the concerned officials and police officials so that people can lodge their complaints regarding the same. Police officials and authorities should be advised to take immediate steps to control the situation and stop black marketing of the essential goods.
